CHONETIDAE DEVÓNICOS DE ARGENTINA. 1. CHONOSTROPHIA
Abstract
A new variety of Chonostrophia reversa Whitfield, from the Lower Devonian of San Juan Precordillera, is described. The position of fragmentary specimens described in Colombia and Argentina, belonging to Chonostrophiella Boucot and Amsden, 1964, are discussed. This is the first mention of Cbonostrophia in South America, in association with Scaphioccelia, Pleurothyrella Ambocoelia and Kozlowskiellina.Downloads
