SOBRE ALGUNOS TEREBRATELLIDAE DE PATAGONIA (ARGENTINA)
Abstract
This paper is a revision of the Patagonian Brachiopoda assigned to the genera Magellania and Pachymagas. Six species are described, one being referred to Iheringithyris nov. gen. It is concluded that Magellania is a genus restricted to Australia, and the specimens described as Magellania in Patagonia, have to be classified as Aerothyris Allan. Two series of Pachymagas are recognized in the Patagonian Tertiary, which should be equivalent to the neozelandic series.Downloads
