Graptolitos del Silúrico Inferior en la Formación Rinconada, precordillera de San Juan
Abstract
A graptolitic association composed by Climacograptus sp., cf. Climacograptus minutus Carruthers, Diplograptus sp., and Monograptus sp., was found in the Rinconada Formation at the type locality. The faunistic association points out to an Early Silurian age (Llandoverv), probably equivalent to the bioestratigraphic zones 17 (Orthograptus vesiculosus Nicholson - Mesograptus modestos Lapworth) and 18 (Monograptus cuphus Lapworth) of the European graptolitic sequence.Downloads
