Abstract

New images of Novocythere Rossi de Garcia were obtained with the electronic microscope, where some features of ornamentation are well pointed out. The genus is associated with foraminifera in the Austral Basin of Argentina which permit to establish an Aptian-Albian age for the assemblage.
