ESTUDIO PALINOLÓGICO DE LA CUENCA ISCHIGUALASTO-VILLA UNIÓN (TRIÁSICO), PROVS. SAN JUAN - LA RIOJA. III. ESPORAS TRILETES
Abstract
The trilete spores from the Los Rastros Formation (Carnian or Norian ) from Agua Escondida, La Rioja Province, are described. Most of them are only classified up to a generic level, due to the difficulty of determining simple, non-sculptured spores of genera like paraconcaoisporites, deltoidospora and stereisporites (among others). Verrucosisporites is represented by three different forms of which only one is determinable and considered a new species. Dictyopbyllidites mortoni is the only well known species of this trilete association. Some general remarks upon nomenclatorial problems are made and a few data concerning this particular spore microflora are also given.Downloads
