CALIBRACION DE UNA SUSPENSION DE REFERENCIA PARA LA ESTIMACION DE LA FRECUENCIA POLINICA ABSOLUTA (APF)
Abstract
A suspension of foreign pollen grains (Fagus grandifolia) is prepared with glycerine and acetic acid. Aliquotes of this suspension are taken in order to replicate the test for both finding a mean average and estimating its error. Adding known quantities of that liquid to a given amount of sediment, allows to calculate the Absolute Pollen Frequency (APF).Downloads
