Abstract
DANIAN DINOFLAGELLATES CYSTS FROM VICE COMODORO MARAMBIO ISLAND (Ex SEYMOUR) ANTARCTICA, ARGENTINA. - An abnorrnal-marine, probably estuarine dinoflagellate assemblage with seven species including Palaeoperidinium pyrophorum as dominant forrn, recovered from sediments of Antarctica is illustrated. A lowermost Tertiary age is proposed for this section, and a bipolar distribution for the mentioned dominant species is suggested.Downloads
