Abstract

Baculites delvallei and ]imboiceras (?) antarcticum. spp. nov. were found in a glaciar drift in Marambio (Seymour ) island. They represent, the largest and best preserved baculitid and the first probable ]imboiceras Matsumoto ever descríbed from Antarctica. Their affinities, mostly with species from the indopacific area, indicate a probable Late Santonian-Early Campanian age.
