GASTROPODOS MARINOS CARBONICOS y PERMICOS DE LA SIERRA DE BARREAL (PROVINCIA DE SAN JUAN)
Abstract
The Carboniferous and Permian Castropoda from the Hoyada Verde Formation (Levipustula Zone) and Esquina Gris Formation (Cancrinella Zone) are reviewed. Four species, one of them new (Peruvispira reedi) are descríbed and the age and stratigraphic value of the different species are discussed. Special attention is given to relationships and affinities of these gastropoda to those of similar age frorn different localities, of San Juan Province, the Tepuel Group of Chubut Province and other continents.Downloads
