Abstract

The author points out that in a former paper he intended to show the legitimity of the subgenus Pseudolestodon, which had been refuted by A. Cabrera and others. He insists on his thesis that Cabrera misinterpreted the determinations of F. Ameghino and L. Kraglievich, what induced to negate the validity of the subgenus. Finally he gives a diagnosis of the subgenus,considering to leave it well enough established.
