HALLAZGO DE UNA FAUNA Y UNA FLORA DEL PALEOZOICO SUPERIOR EN LA SIERRA DE AGNIA, CHUBUT
Abstract
A fauna found in the most eastern exposures of the Tepuel Group is reported, consisting of brachiopods, bryozoans and bivalves belonging to the Levipustula zone of Upper Carboniierous age. The sequence of ± 100 m lyes unconformable on top of the Catreleo Granite. A flora of an age .near the Carboniferous-Perrnian boundary is also reported from the beds above the Tepuel Group.Downloads
