Abstract

En un mapa original de Hauthal, se ubican sus seis localidades con plantas fósiles del Sudoeste de la Patagonia: C° Cazador, C° Guido (dos), Baguales (dos) y Río Guillermo, cuyas posiciones estratigráficas quedan definidas. Cerro Cazador corresponde al nivel ""f"" de Hauthal. En Cerro Guido hay dos niveles; el principal (N~ 1) tiene la posición señalada por Cecioni (1957); el segundo queda ubicado por debajo del anterior. Los niveles de Los Baguales corresponden quizás a la Sección Superior de la Formación Río Turbio. El nivel del Río Guillermo queda ubicado a 165m sobre la base de la Formación Río Guillermo (Hünicken, 1955). Se incluye un mapa geológico de Cerro Guido, original de Cecioni.
