Abstract

In the present paper the results of an analysis by the Potassium - Argon method of a Jurassic volcanic tuff from Santa Cruz Province, Argentina, .is presented. .The data obtained confirm a Middle Jurassic age for the Chon Aike Formation (160,7 míllíon years) .
