SOBRE DOS NUEVOS ESTAGONOLEPOIDEOS ARGENTINOS
Abstract
Two new stagonolepoids for Argentina. Material from the Mesotriasic deposits of Ischigualasto, San Juan, has been studied. This material belongs to two new species of armoured reptiles, and the author has refered them to two new genera of stagonolepoids (Order Thecodontia, Suborder Pseudosuchia). The first, Aetosauroides scagliai, as the name shows, is brought into close relationship with forms of the family Aetosauridae, European stagonolepoid of rather small size. The relationshion of the second, Argentino- suchus bonapartei, can be establish with forms of larger size of the family Stagonolepidae, which is also European.Downloads
